Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #110: Creativity in the Time of COVID

My two outlets were tweaking my meals (cooking) and trying to get more interesting photos during my exercise walks. Here are some examples:

A matzo brei omelet….
The mashed is mixture of regular & sweet potatoes….
Homemade pizza using whole pita as a base with oregano….
A la mode by adding low fat ice cream on store bought cake….
At first I didn’t know what to make of these….
Then I realized these were grass transplants….
On the way back I found people creatively planting them on their front lawn.

  1. My husband absolutely loves matzoh brei for breakfast Chava, although it’s a special occasion treat for him.Good for you for your kitchen creativity. I must admit it’s an area where I struggle more than most. For me it’s same old-same old these days. We really need to push ourselves out of the food rut we’re in. Excellent example of creativity. And BTW, thanks so much for the reblog of Marsha’s Lens-Artists interview. Much appreciated.
