From a special exhibit about the building of Beersheva at the Negev Museum of Art (Beersheva, Israel)…..At the Tate Britain Museum in London (England)….Street Art in Melbourne’s Central Business District (Australia)….At the HistoryMiami Museum in Florida (USA)….
The lady in a saree in photo one was a surprise considering it’s from a museum in Israel. The world is flat indeed. Loved the street art . It was a striking image .
The photo isn’t surprising to me considering that there are Jewish immigrants from various countries in Israel including India as well as the fact this is an old photo taken approximately in the 1950s. I agree the street art image is quite striking indeed.
Good idea to use some shots from museums.

Museums – Why did I not think of that? Good idea – I had some difficulties because I seldom photograph people…Love the first shot.

I too only photograph family and friends normally and most of those photos I won’t share due to privacy concerns.

Great choices, Chava. That first image is so moving. I like the formal portrait, too.

Excellent idea Chava – the museum pieces express the challenge beautifully but for me the wall art is the most moving. Isn’t that interesting?!
